Refund policy:

Must cancel within 24 hours or forfeit the full price - if it’s before 24 hours we can reschedule or refund 


What do I need to wear?

It is recommended to come with loose, comfy closing - so after the session it is easier to get dressed.


Should I eat before or after the sauna ?

We recommend eating something small before & waiting to eat a full meal afterwards


Do I need to do anything to prepare for the sauna?

Just drink a lot of water before & after 


Do I get tan from the sauna?

No


Should I work out before or after the sauna?

It’s up to you -  if you choose to sauna before a workout you will feel energized for the workout - if you choose to sauna after it will help speed up the process for muscle soreness recovery


How many times can I use the sauna per week?

Its safe enough to go everyday (always make sure to stay well hydrated) 

We recommend 1-2x a week depending on your needs


Can I use the sauna when I’m sick?

Yes - the sauna will help detox the body and strengthen your immune system for a quicker recovery


Can a pregnant woman use the sauna ?

No


Can a breastfeeding woman use the sauna?

No - because the body relieves toxins that will go in the breast milk
